Terms of Service
We encourage customers to carefully read our Terms of Service, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to avoid disappointment.
- We accept returns for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order for store credit.
- Please be advised that most refunds will be issued in store credit. Refunds to the original payment method would only be issued if the order has been made in no less than 2 hours.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-16 business days from the date we receive your items.
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this time frame will be rejected.
- Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or pay for return shipping.
- We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) Jewelry, (2) Bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (4) Lingerie, (5) Sleepwear and/or (6) Swimwear.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
- All items purchased with a gift card, store credit or Geneva Points are not eligible for return. Store credit, and Geneva Points issued by Stylish Geneva cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- We offer store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed within 24 hours before the sale.
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours after an order is placed. Please understand we have a high amount of incoming orders that are placed fairly quickly.
