Here at Stylish Geneva, we want your transaction to go as smoothly as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Before initiating a return, and asking for a refund, please read our guidelines below.
- Any orders purchased with store credit/gift card, and/or Geneva Points is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items not eligible for return, are swimwear for hygiene reasons, accessories and final-sale items.
- Unfortunately, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refund or store credit will be issued in 7-16 days once delivered to us.
