COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the continued rise of COVID-19, orders placed on or after August 1st, 2020 will no longer be eligible for returns or exchanges. Since we are taking extra precautions to maintain a healthy and safe sanitary work area for our customers, we cannot guarantee that customers are taking the same precautions. We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges until further notice. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us. Sometimes orders can be partially refunded on a case by case basis.

  • Any orders purchased with store credit/gift card, and/or Geneva Points is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items not eligible for return, are swimwear for hygiene reasons, accessories and final-sale items.
  • Unfortunately, shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Refund or store credit will be issued in 7-16 days once delivered to us.
